Peter Walker is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance Group and currently heads the Capital Markets (Debt) and Structured Finance Group. He is also a member of the firm's Brexit Group, FinTech Group and Fund Solutions Group. Peter has a broad practice area which covers all forms of debt capital markets, financing, funds structuring and regulatory matters.

Ian Bell has worked in securitisation in various capacities since 1988, first as a lawyer and partner at Clifford Chance, then as general counsel and head of structured finance at Standard & Poor’s Europe and finally as CEO of PCS.

Gearoid Casey (Dublin) joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director, focusing on European leveraged credit funds and portfolios. Prior to joining KKR, he was an analyst at Avoca Capital. Before joining Avoca, Mr. Casey spent three years working in the US leveraged finance division of AIB and also a year with BNP Paribas where he focused on European investment grade corporates. Mr. Casey has a B.Sc. in Financial Maths and Economics from National University of Ireland, Galway and a Masters in Finance from University College Dublin. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Ray Colleran joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Managing Director and Head of European Research for the Credit team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ray worked at Whitestar Asset Management as the Head of European Credit Research and Investment Committee member in its European Leveraged Credit business. Prior to this, he worked as a principal in KKR. Ray started his career working for Merrill Lynch and is a qualified Barrister.

Harry Noutsos started working in securitisation in 2000 where, after working in research and structuring at CSFB, he took on responsibilities for modelling and structuring at Bank of America and Santander before taking the position Global Head of ABS for ING.

John Kane is the Central Bank of Ireland’s policy expert on securitisations and has over 10 years’ experience in regulatory financial services. John’s policy work and contributions to the EU securitisations framework has featured prominently in reports published by the Joint Committee of the ESAs as well as the Financial Stability Board. John holds a MSc in Finance, with a Diploma in Finance Law.

Steve Gandy was the Managing Director and Global Head of the SRT program at Santander. When he retired in 2022 after 16 years at the bank, he had led Santander to its current position as one of the largest issuers and arrangers of SRTs in Europe, having completed transactions involving portfolios at Santander subsidiaries in 11 countries in Europe and the Americas. Prior to Santander, Steve held various management positions at Bank of America and PNC Bank in the US, Mexico, Hong Kong, Paris and the UK in a career that spanned 45 years. He also chaired the securitisation Board of AFME while at Santander. He currently works as a financial advisor to various asset managers and insurance brokers. He has recently joined the board of Iconichain, a Fintech founded to provide analytical and reporting services to ABS and SRT issuers; he continues on the Board of Directors of European DataWarehouse and PCS Association, having worked as a founder of both organisations over 10 years ago. He currently resides in Michigan.

As Head of Legal in Ireland, Nicola is responsible for monitoring the implementation of an escalation and alert framework at Territory level so as to ensure escalation of information on Major Legal Risks in relation to the Territory; providing legal advice, assistance and support to the Country Head; supporting Legal in fostering collaboration across Business Lines, Legal Platforms and other Legal teams; and ensuring that procedures, processes and mechanisms are in place to maximise efficient mutual support and dissemination of Legal’s values and ethics, legal expertise, knowledge and information.

Sinéad O'Connor is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. Sinéad's main practice areas are structured finance, securitisations and capital markets. Sinéad has acted for banks, originators, private investors and corporate entities (both International and Irish) across a wide range of banking, securitisation, financial markets transactions and regulatory capital issuances. She has broad experience in a range of asset classes including RMBS, CMBS, ETC's, trade receivables, consumer loans and auto loans and leases. Sinéad regularly advises corporate and institutional clients on netting and collateral arrangements. Sinéad is the Irish representative for the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) International Women’s Network (IWN) working to help build a greater gender balance in financial services.

Jack Sheehy is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. His principal practice areas are debt capital markets, private equity finance and general banking and restructurings. Jack's other areas of expertise include loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals, high-yield bond issues, securitisation restructurings and the establishment of asset acquisition and loan origination platforms.
