Sinéad O'Connor is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. Sinéad's main practice areas are structured finance, securitisations and capital markets. Sinéad has acted for banks, originators, private investors and corporate entities (both International and Irish) across a wide range of banking, securitisation, financial markets transactions and regulatory capital issuances. She has broad experience in a range of asset classes including RMBS, CMBS, ETC's, trade receivables, consumer loans and auto loans and leases. Sinéad regularly advises corporate and institutional clients on netting and collateral arrangements. Sinéad is the Irish representative for the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) International Women’s Network (IWN) working to help build a greater gender balance in financial services.

Boudewijn Dierick, MD and Country executive auxmoney investments ltd joined auxmoney in 2021 to spearhead its funding and ABS efforts. Auxmoney issued its inaugural Fortuna consumer loan ABS 2021 publicly in October 2021, the first-ever euro-denominated ‘social’ ABS, followed by a second deal in May 2022. Boudewijn joined from BNP Paribas, where he was heading the ABS markets team in the Securitised Products Group based out of London with a focus on origination and structuring of Covered bond programmes, ABS, RMBS and related facilities for funding as well as capital relief purposes. The team won various Covered Bond and Securitisation awards from Global Capital, Covered Bond report and IFR over the past years. Before that, Boudewijn was a director at UBS in the Securitisation team focusing on Northern Europe. Before UBS he worked as Senior Analyst at Moody’s in Paris responsible for rating Covered Bonds, RMBS and ABS transactions in EMEA. Boudewijn started his career as group trainee at ING in Amsterdam before moving to Corporate Banking in Paris. He has a masters degree in Finance from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Boudewijn structured a wide variety of ABS and RMBS transactions and covered bond programmes in Europe as well as Canada, Singapore, Korea and Australia. He speaks fluent Dutch, English and French. He was chairman of the European Covered bond Council in 2021-2022 where he also moderated the Rating Agency Approaches Working Group and the ESN and Covid-19 Task Forces.

Steve Gandy was the Managing Director and Global Head of the SRT program at Santander. When he retired in 2022 after 16 years at the bank, he had led Santander to its current position as one of the largest issuers and arrangers of SRTs in Europe, having completed transactions involving portfolios at Santander subsidiaries in 11 countries in Europe and the Americas. Prior to Santander, Steve held various management positions at Bank of America and PNC Bank in the US, Mexico, Hong Kong, Paris and the UK in a career that spanned 45 years. He also chaired the securitisation Board of AFME while at Santander. He currently works as a financial advisor to various asset managers and insurance brokers. He has recently joined the board of Iconichain, a Fintech founded to provide analytical and reporting services to ABS and SRT issuers; he continues on the Board of Directors of European DataWarehouse and PCS Association, having worked as a founder of both organisations over 10 years ago. He currently resides in Michigan.

Gearoid Casey (Dublin) joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director, focusing on European leveraged credit funds and portfolios. Prior to joining KKR, he was an analyst at Avoca Capital. Before joining Avoca, Mr. Casey spent three years working in the US leveraged finance division of AIB and also a year with BNP Paribas where he focused on European investment grade corporates. Mr. Casey has a B.Sc. in Financial Maths and Economics from National University of Ireland, Galway and a Masters in Finance from University College Dublin. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

John holds a MSc in Finance, with a Diploma in Finance Law.
